It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news of Edie’s passing away this week.

November would have been her 41st anniversary here. She started when Federation was at the Newark office with half the professional staff we have today. Edie was always the first person in the office, getting in before most people even woke up. No rain or snow could stop her. She even came to work when the office was closed due to inclement weather. She truly loved what she did!

Edie loved traveling around the world and had visited China, Norway, and Alaska just to name a few destinations. She was also an active member of her church’s Filipino group and was very close with her family. 

In the words of my colleagues, Edie was funny, caring, supportive, and kind. She had an uncanny memory for anything and everything Federation. She was an “organizational treasure” and she will be greatly missed.
