Our Federation 2016-17 Annual Report to the Community is now available on our website. Inviting GMW High Schoolers, Parents, and Others to “March for Our Lives” Together – Join our Federation community as we march together in Newark, adding our voices to the millions of others across the country demanding that legislators make our children’s lives and safety a priority. more
Yom HaShoah Commemoration to Focus on Jewish Resistance – This annual event, held each year at Kean University, is free and open to the public. This year’s featured speaker, Robert Bielsky, is the son of the legendary partisan commander Tuvia Bielski, portrayed by Daniel Craig in the 2009 film Defiance. more
Registration Now Open for Women’s Awareness Day – Join Women’s Philanthropy on April 25 for an inspiring morning featuring Dr. Yarden Fanta-Vagenshtein, whose remarkable journey took her from a remote village in Ethiopia to becoming the first Ethiopian woman to earn a doctorate in Israel, where she now researches literacy and immigrant populations. more
The BIGGIVE Is Your Chance to Give Back – This community-wide day of giving on March 11 offers the opportunity to help raise the funds needed to support the important programs Federation provides, bake challah for those in need, participate in family-friendly activities, and much more! more

Paula Gottesman Receives Prestigious Award – Paula has been named the 2018 Kipnis-Wilson/ Friedland Award recipient from National Women’s Philanthropy for Greater MetroWest for her commitment to tzedakah and tikkun olam. more
Parkland Survivors Headline Rally at Livingston Synagogue – Five students from Parkland spoke at a rally of more than 2,300 GMW community members organized by our Community Relations Committee and held at Temple B’nai Abraham in Livingston. more
Anticipating the Needs of All Campers – Rebecca Wanatick, our Manager of Community Inclusion for Greater MetroWest ABLE, serves a similar role at JCC MetroWest’s Camp Deeny Riback, endeavoring to provide each camper with an opportunity for a meaningful and successful camp experience. more
