Change, Collaboration, Mergers
Monday, April 26
7 - 8:30 p.m.

The pandemic has accelerated many trends that were already occurring in society and in synagogue life, including collaboration between congregations and Jewish organizations, broadening the resources and programs available to our synagogue members.

Is your synagogue thinking about a collaboration, merger, or joining of forces? In this seminar, congregational teams will examine their motivation for collaboration as well as the cost of change. Through her personal experience in change management and religious school mergers, Rabbi Stacy Rigler, MAJE will help teams critically evaluate successful ingredients to begin a collaborative process.

Synagogue leaders are encouraged to attend this seminar in teams of two or three (at least one professional and one lay leader).

Registration is required. Zoom information provided upon registration.
