Kahal Chaverim strongly identifies with Jewish history, culture, ethics, and experience, but we believe we must be free to interpret these in ways that are relevant to our lives.

We have High Holiday services, active Sunday School and Adult Education programs, frequent Friday evening Shabbat and Saturday evening Havdalah services, as well as other events throughout the year. The congregation, which celebrates all major Jewish holidays, is affiliated with the Society for Humanistic Judaism.
