We offer yoga, massage, and meditation to enhance spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. Plus basketball leagues for children and adults and after school sports programs for preschoolers, children, and teens. Join our Maccabi or Jr. Maccabi teams, learn martial arts, check out aquatics classes, and much, much more.

In our Early Childhood Programs, learning is everywhere and we weave it into a nurturing, friendly, and safe environment that will prepare your child for the academic challenges ahead. Through our preschool, we build self-awareness and self-esteem with a special ethics and values curriculum in an enriched environment full of language, reading, math, science, art, music, and fun. JCC MetroWest Parent Place connects young families (prenatal to age 24 months) to the JCC and the Jewish community, providing parental support through classes, speakers, programs, and social activities.

The JCC MetroWest summer camp family includes an incredible selection of camp opportunities for ages 15 months-grade 12: Camp Deeny Riback in Flanders, Early Childhood Camps, Triple Threat Theater Camp, One Week Exploration Camps, and Club JCC Programs for Special Needs. Our Gaelen Center for the Arts features professional performances in the Maurice Levin Theater, theater programs for children and teens, community arts programs, and arts classes led by experienced instructors in professional studios.

The JCC MetroWest Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning was recognized in 2011 for Excellence with the Florence Melton Award for Outstanding Achievement. Classes meet at several locations throughout the community with morning and evening options.

The Saint Barnabas Wellness Institute at the Cooperman JCC is a partnership between JCC MetroWest and Saint Barnabas Medical Center. It offers educational programming, health navigation, and a variety of other health-related services. The Adler Aphasia Center in Maywood runs a satellite program at the Cooperman JCC offering group support and a life participation approach to the life changes that accompany stroke and aphasia, a loss of language but not intellect.

JCC MetroWest’s vision is to be the premier Jewish social, recreational, cultural and educational center serving the entire MetroWest community and inspiring every individual to explore the boundless potential of Judaism.
