The Friendship Circle is a primary resource for families who have children or teens with special needs. Participants and their families benefit from a wide array of innovative respite, social and recreational programs. The parents enjoy some much-needed respite, secure in the knowledge that their children are in a safe, warm and welcoming environment.

Friendship Circle’s distinctive approach of pairing participants with teen volunteers, motivates, inspires and enriches everyone involved. At the heart of all Friendship Circle programming is the belief that each and every individual can be a productive member of the community and benefit from inclusive programming.

LifeTown is a 53,000 sq. ft. center that is redefining the landscape for individuals with special needs. Its recreational, therapeutic and educational facilities – the first of its kind in the region – cater to the needs of all children, teens and adults.

LifeTown’s focal point is “Life Village,” a simulated Main Street prepares participants with special needs for independent living. Offering real-world scenarios in a safe and controlled environment, Life Village empowers each person to reach their full potential. For more information, please visit www.lifetown.com.
