People, Book, Land presents an overview of Jewish life in the Middle East from Biblical times to the present through 30 illustrated panels and texts, from the “Children of Abraham” to “A People of Hope” along with other key moments such as Jews in the Hellenistic Era and the British Mandate of the early 20th century.
The exhibition was co-organized by UNESCO and the Simon Wiesenthal Center and sponsored by the Permanent Delegations to UNESCO of Canada, Israel, Montenegro and the United States of America.
The exhibit made its debut in 2014 at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, and since has made stops at the British Parliament, the U.S. Congress, the Israeli Knesset and other cities.
