Oanh Ngo Usadi, author of "Of Monkey Bridges and Banh Mi Sandwiches: From Sai Gon to Texas", will tell the story of her families escape from Viet Nam as part of the mass exodus of boat refugees and their eventual settlement in a small Texas town where her father, the eternal entrepreneur opened a banh mi sandwich shop. Now living in Basking Ridge, she and her family are members of Temple Israel in Basking Ridge. Her writings have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Forbes and others.
