Golda Och Academy, located in West Orange, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time High School Hebrew teacher for the Upper School for the 2021-2022 school year.
Candidates should have experience and demonstrate a passion for High school education. Qualified candidates will be masterful educators, adept at teaching Hebrew as a 2nd language, who exhibit a deep knowledge of Hebrew language and culture, have facility in differentiating instruction, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- A native Hebrew speaker is required
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in teaching Hebrew language
- Experience in recognized standards of language instruction
- Ability and willingness to work with students in various group settings, using multiple teaching methods
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, teaching credential from an accredited institution (North America or Israel) is preferred
- Good classroom management skills
- Commitment to meaningful collaboration with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to keeping parents informed and engaged
- Interest in professional growth and commitment to continuous learning
