Preschool Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher Positions 
 
Large, vibrant preschool in Short Hills/Livingston area is seeking part-time and full-time Head Teachers and Assistant Teachers. The ideal candidates will be warm, positive, professional, organized, creative and have excellent communication skills. Experience working in an educational setting required for Head Teachers and preferred for Assistant Teachers. Responsibilities include:
 
* Head Teachers develop and implement curriculum for young children in our spacious outdoor and indoor school setting to promote growth and development. Assistant Teachers support Head Teachers with implementation and share ideas.  
* Enhance the learning environment by nurturing and encouraging students to take risks, explore new ideas, express creativity, socialize with others, and to build on their unique, individual strengths.
* Head Teachers monitor the growth and development of all children, maintain on-going communication with parents through weekly newsletters, emails, photos and virtual meetings. Proficiency with virtual teaching required. 
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while collaborating with colleagues weekly. 
*  Meticulously follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols. 
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required. Master’s degree for Head Teachers preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Teacher’s license with certification in NY or NJ or equivalent preferred for Head Teachers. Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
