Feeling anxious is hard. But parenting a kid or teen who feels anxious may be even harder. Trying to talk to your child about their anxiety can make you feel nervous, frustrated, misunderstood, or rejected. In this virtual session, author and speaker Sophie Riegel will show you:

  • ways to get your child’s attention without seeming overprotective or overbearing
  • what to say and what not to say
  • how to ask helpful questions to get the conversation unstuck
  • how to recognize when to seek professional help for them -- or for you
  • and so much more!
