Job Title: Marketing Associate (Full-time)

Reports to: Chief Impact Officer

OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Associate will help drive the marketing strategy for Federation’s volunteerism efforts, our Jewish education efforts, and our engagement efforts with young leadership, teens, families with young children, and synagogues. The Associate is the lead on social media strategy and implementation, as well as supporting the development of event and other marketing collateral.

EXPERIENCE:

• Coordinating and assisting in managing day-to-day operations of various marketing projects, including website, social media, weekly e-newsletters, print collateral, and event marketing projects
• Demonstrates strong writing skills, including copywriting
• Understands how to tailor content to different digital and social media platforms, execute and analyze performance of the social strategy
